Cheltenham Borough Council, Gloucester City Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council are now producing a Strategic and Local Plan (SLP).
The SLP will provide an overarching planning strategy and cross-boundary strategic policies covering the whole area, and local policies for each local authority.
